Founding Account Executive – Enterprise

Dallas, TX or San Francisco, CA or Remote, USA Full-time GTM

At trmeric, we’re on a mission to empower IT and tech teams worldwide. Our unified, intelligent platform transforms how teams operate, collaborate, and deliver—turning complexity into competitive advantage.

At our core is a sophisticated, multi-layered AI stack spanning reasoning, orchestration, and agentic AI. We’re not just building tools—we’re architecting the future of intelligent tech functions.

Our Momentum

Based in the US, trmeric is a fast-growing, AI-native startup. Within a year of GA launch, we’re already partnering with some of the world’s largest enterprises. As we scale into this next phase—building enterprise-grade capabilities for the most demanding organizations—we’re expanding our engineering team with people who want to build something extraordinary.

How we hire differently

First things first: we don’t do job descriptions at trmeric.

A ‘job’ isn’t what we’re offering. We’re inviting you to join us on ambitious missions that matter—so we write Mission Descriptions (MDs) instead of JDs. We assume you already know what typical roles entail, so we skip the laundry list. Instead, we focus on who we are, what we value, and the impact you’ll make.

If you’re ready to lead world-class engineering, ship at pace without sacrificing quality, and shape the future of enterprise technology—we’d love to hear from you.

Founding Account Executive Description

Who are we looking for?

As our Founding Account Executive, you will own complex enterprise sales end-to-end: top-of-
funnel activation, running pilots, navigating the vagaries of enterprise procurement, security and legal, and converting pilots into annual / multi-year commitments with CIO organizations.

This is a build opportunity. You will be writing the GTM playbook in real time — the discovery
framework, the objection library, the pilot-to-production motion — while closing real deals with
real enterprises. High autonomy, high impact, and the kind of compounding ownership that is
hard to find anywhere else.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

Qualifications

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles — from outbound prospecting through
negotiation and close — into CIO, CTO and Chief Transformation Officer organizations
  • Generate your own pipeline. Outbound, network, founder intros, the right dinners —
pipeline generation is a craft skill at our stage, not a managed function
  • Land and expand initial six-figure deals; convert pilots into production and identify the
    path to seven-figure relationships
  • Orchestrate founder time in deals — pull them in for the technical vision moment, the
trust-building dinner, the executive sponsor calls and own everything else
  • Codify as you sell. The discovery framework, the objection library, the pilot-to-production
motion, the qualification scorecard — you are writing the GTM playbook in real time
  • Bring the field back into the building — your voice will shape product priorities,
positioning and ICP, not just the pipeline

Qualifications

We care more about mindset and track record than industry pedigree. If you have done complex
product selling in an early-stage environment and you are looking for the next thing to build, we
want to talk.

  • 5–8 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing
complex six-figure+ deals in SaaS, AI or data products
  • CIO-organization fluency — excellent communicator and you can hold your own in a
room of technology leaders and speak the language of digital transformation, IT
    operating models and enterprise change
  • Startup DNA — you’ve worked at or alongside early-stage companies, are comfortable
with ambiguity, building process, and wearing multiple hats
  • Product-first mindset — you lead with value and deep product understanding, not
    relationship management alone
  • Self-starter with high accountability — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • We would prefer to have you in Dallas / San Francisco (preferred for close collab to
founding team) but we are open to other locations if you are the perfect fit for us

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling AI, data, or enterprise SaaS into the CIO/CTO organization
  • Existing relationships within enterprise technology leadership in any major vertical
  • Experience as an early GTM hire at a Series A–C company that you joined before it got
    easy
  • Prior experience as a founder or co-founder of a B2B startup

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure
  • Direct access to founders and real input into company strategy
  • A product that works — Generally Available since 2024, with marquee enterprise
    customers already in production
  • The chance to build the GTM playbook, not just execute someone else’s
  • A lean, high-trust team that moves fast and values your judgment

Think this mission is yours? We’d love to hear from you.
