Based in the US, Trmeric is a fast-growing, AI-native startup. Within two years of launch some of the world’s largest enterprises have made Trmeric their System for Transformation. This includes a Big 4 Audit / Accounting / Consulting firm, one of world’s largest metals & mining company, leading tech companies, consumer goods companies which are household names globally, and many more.

• Unlike most startups we are profitable! However, given the growth opportunity at hand we have closed a round of funding (heavily oversubscribed)
• As we scale into this next phase—building enterprise-grade capabilities for the most demanding organizations—we’re expanding our design team with folks who want to build something extraordinary for the most extraordinary organizations in the world.

Mission description – Product Designer

Who are we looking for?

We need a visionary who can enhance how our customers interact with our B2B SaaS platform, making complex systems feel intelligent and intuitive.

Your mission, should you choose to accept

• Design with Empathy: At the heart of Trmeric, our platform serves as a critical tool for businesses, and you’ll be the architect behind this experience. Your deep empathy for user needs must translate into designs that are not only functional but also delightfully intuitive.
• Visual & Interaction Mastery: You’ll wield tools of visual design, information architecture, and interaction design to craft experiences that not only look good but feel seamless. The finesse of your wireframes, prototypes, and UI kits will set the stage for revolutionary product interactions.
• Research and Iterate: Grounded in user research, your role orbits around understanding what our users truly need. Harness this data to refine and iterate designs, ensuring every element is tuned to optimize usability and effectiveness.
• Collaborative Spirit: As a linchpin in our product team, your ability to collaborate across disciplines – be it with engineers, product managers, or customer success specialists – will help weave the fabric of our collective success. Your insights will inspire, and your designs will guide the Trmeric vision forward.
• Drive Innovation: We value a proactive mindset. You’re expected to stay ahead of the curve by anticipating user needs and industry shifts. Innovate not just through design, but by thinking about what makes a product essential to our users, pushing boundaries where necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the software / AI product world
• Being hands on with design systems, AI, and all things design
• Deep, deep curiosity about what makes our users successful and how Trmeric makes that happen
• Ability to build, and nurture high performing design teams
• We are building a new category of software, where first principles thinking is crucial
  

Logistics and Fit:

Location flexibility: We appreciate the magic that happens when we collaborate in person, hence we are looking at someone who is in Bangalore, India.

Compensation: Compelling! ESOPs included.
